Accountabilities<\/h5>\n
    \n
  • Responsible for planning, programming, monitoring and controlling the building services\/ E&M installation<\/li>\n
  • Review of designs, specifications and documents<\/li>\n
  • Supervisory skills in handling repair and maintenance E&M works<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with consultants and contractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    \n
    Professional should<\/h5>\n
      \n
    • Degree or above in Electrical\/ Mechanical\/ Building Services Engineering<\/li>\n
    • Registered electrical worker (Grade B) will be an advantage<\/li>\n
    • Good personal qualities of integrity, proactive, hardworking and well-organized<\/li>\n
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written English and Chinese)<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and AutoCAD<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in building Service. E&M projects maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
