Senior Marketing Manager

Accountabilities
- Assist Head of Marketing in marketing strategy development and execution of assigned marketing programs in a timely and cost efficient manner
- Provide input to the programs & platforms in achieving set goals & targets
- To lead marketing program implementation and execution to its excellence
- Manage day to day administrative routine such as quotations and invoices processing
- Collaborate with cross functional departments in actualizing the planned programs
- Liaise and work with various agencies and partners
- Prepare cost analysis and projection of each marketing program and manage budget in the most cost effective way
- Leads the execution of specific assigned tactics or initiative. Development of all marketing materials, include but are not limited to TVC, Digital / Social, Print ads, Outdoor advertising, POP and online
- Responsible for communications between Marketing Team and internal functional units to ensure effective and quality execution of Marketing & Communication programs
- Is accountable for developing a project time line in conjunction with relevant agencies and parties, and ensures timely execution
- Liaison with advertising agencies, media agency, premium agency and other 3rd party trade partners
- Lead special projects such as website development, CRM and should be savvy on media strategy and planning
- Monitor program performance and make timely adjustment to achieve target result
- Support consumer and market research
- Lead the development of initial projections of quantities for promotional items
- Conduct post program analysis, and works with Accounting Department to continually monitor and measure effectiveness of promotions
Professional should
- Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent
- 10 years relevant experience of which at least 2 years of 4As creative agency experience is preferred
- Retail operations experience is advantageous
- Functional expertise in social network, digital marketing, website development and CRM is preferred
- Good sense of business analysis
- Very good interpersonal skills, proactive, innovative and open minded
- Good understanding of consumer dynamic
- Able to work under pressure and meet very tight deadline
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point is a must
