Assistant Manager, Equipment & Building Services Systems

About Us

Accountabilities

• Responsible for planning, programming, monitoring and controlling the building services/ E&M installation
• Review of designs, specifications and documents
• Supervisory skills in handling repair and maintenance E&M works
• Liaise with consultants and contractors

Professional should

• Degree or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering
• Registered electrical worker (Grade B) will be an advantage
• Good personal qualities of integrity, proactive, hardworking and well-organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written English and Chinese)
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and AutoCAD
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in building Service. E&M projects maintenance
